Save files are not getting recognized after moving from Windows to Linux?
Hello. I have something of a problem. So, I've moved from Windows to Linux. GOG Galaxy does not have a Linux version. Therefore, in order to import my cloud saves from Windows to Linux, I had to set up a Windows VM, install GOG Galaxy there, download the save files, and then upload them to Google Drive.
However, whenever I paste these saves into my save directory (under /home/.local/share/PillarsOfEternity/SavedGames) they don't seem to be gettiing recognized by the game. Now, newer saves (if I start a new game and save it) do seem to be getting recognized, but the ones from Google Drive do no.
What could be the cause of the issue? How do I deal with that?
I am talking about the FIRST installment, to be clear, NOT the second one.
EDIT I am using Heroic Games Launcher, to be clear. I am going to try it with Lutris.
