NightDriver: I've got my backer key, but when I go to redeem it, I'm only given the option to claim the Window's version. Where's the Mac version? It's available to purchase, so why can't I redeem my backer code for that version?
Check the tabs. You should see a tab for the Windows version along with the other versions when you click on the game's box :)

NightDriver: Thanks, but that's not the page I'm on. I'm talking about the page where you redeem your backer key. The only option is to redeem the key for the Window's version. There's no option for a Mac (or Linux) version. Attempting to claim the Window's version brings up a warning that if I proceed, I will be redeeming a game that is not compatible with my Mac.

Santiago: If you redeem this backer key on GOG, then gog will always give you windows/mac/linux. So no problem!

NightDriver: Right. That's where I am. No Mac version there. Just Windows. If I click continue, I get the warning that I'm redeeming a game incompatible with my Mac.
Don't worry about that message, go ahead and redeem that code and you'll get the Mac version proper :)

Ok, I think we found the cause so you should be able to get everything now without a hassle :)
