- Account Refresh (which actually means "sign out)
- Exit gog galaxy
- Reopen

It worked for me. I hope that it will work for everybody

I've followed the steps to the best of my ability.

Now, Pillars of Eternity 2 is in my library, but no longer mentions "Fig Backer Edition", and when I click on it, I get a "BUY" button instead of an "INSTALL".

Hopefully this will get fixed by tomorrow.

I'm getting this too. I tried to install it from my library via the little drop down arrow, but it keeps saying I'm not authorized.

Edit: It might be a coincidence, but I saw someone in another thread recommend "buying" the free Critical Role DLC then trying to download the game. I did this and it seems to be installing now.

I finally actually got the game to install after searching for suggestions and experimenting a little.

First of all, i refreshed my library page on Gog WEBSITE. Logged in and refreshed.
After that my FIG edition changed into basic Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

Then i bought Critical Role DLC (free). I still couldn't install from library drop down quick menu neither did install button become available when i clicked the game from library, BUT when i chose from there from drop down menu "More" -> "Backup & Goodies", install button became active. Mysterious.

Such a pain it was, but now the game is installing.
Got it for Steam A) because CDKeys hd it for £21.99 and B) Because GOG always offers a free game that I already have. They have done it before. It would be better to have a "choose any game under £10" or something to entice people like me who have the "free" game.

As to delay. On Steam it didn't start unpacking until 6.30pm London time, so they were late....!! Seems GOG was too - or maybe it was Obsidian!

6:30 p.m. doesn't seem late for me. It was released at 10 a.m. pdt which is around 7 p.m. in London. And it did start downloading a few minutes later for me (gog). Friends of mine who got it on steam had no problems neither.
