I bought those two games on a previous winter sell. Decided to play Pillars 2 today to test. Games not launching on my MBP 2019. I tried the first one. Not launching either.

I tried everything in the FAQ, games are crashing and making my laptop stuck when I it anything related to the installer.

I tried to contact the support, several times, but the chatbot fails to create a ticket. Honestly, I'm usually advocating for GOG because it's DRM free but it's hard to defend a service where you buy two games that you can't launch and play and you have no way to contact a support to get a refound or at least a ticket so the developer fix those issues (or don't sell the game for macos).
