In 3.06 everything was all right,
Can you reinstall the game to make sure all textures are properly installed? We reuploaded White March Part 2 yesterday due to an issue with download.
Are you sure you haven't performed any system updates in the meanwhile? A graphics driver update could have been another problem here.
It would be helpful if you could provide your detailed system information - a system report can be generated using the script you will find in the game installation path.
