Idle curiosity...

I know the PC version of the game adds higher resolution graphics and streaming music, but I'm a little curious how a genesis cartridge grows to ~2GB from "64 MEG" which means megabits.. or 8MB in computer terms.

Are there several cutscene videos or something?

This isn't a complaint by any stretch. This doesn't inconvenience me at all.

Mostly assets. It's the HD remake of the 16-bit game, with optional HD backgrounds and music (scroll down for pictures), plus additional game content that the devs wanted to implement but couldn't fit on the 64MEG cartridge.

Gets released for Dreamcast and here I am sitting here with a modern computer and 1 FPS when trying to play it.

Uh, google around or contact support. It runs just fine on my work PC (very low-range except for 12 GB of RAM and a [low-range] dedicated graphics card).
