I have the epic version it seems to be 2 less. I was a backer so it could be I got Extras I don't remember.

No, they are the same.

Steam lists the DLC that are included in the Year One Edition: these are not listed separately on GOG (i.e. Blood & Titanium DLC, Legacy of the Ancients DLC, and the Living Weapons Pack). This is why it looks like the GOG version is incomplete, but it isn't. The "missing" DLC are mentioned in the description of the Year One Edition.

The Steam version is getting an update to integrate Steam Workshop support, but this obviously doesn't apply to the GOG version (nor the Epic Games Store version).
