I really loved the original. So very disappointed in this bad remake. I'm sure the devs worked hard but really it's unplayable for me. Sorry now I bought it.

Stop wining and complaining in almost every post, at this community, about how you are disappointed with the game. The Devs worked hard, for sure, but you never know what will they fix/add in future updates.

You can always go and request a refund, if lack of those few bucks decreased the level of your housing from a fancy residence to a sturdy hut.

I requested a refund. Waiting for other platforms an bugfixes. I have Mac OS and I couldn't get it to work with CrossOver. Maybe I will try it next year...

Bad Corpo take, there is a lot of issues with this game. For example the devs list " Authentic Asian instruments ", when in reality these are not egyptian instruments and the ( Asian ) bit is EU for muslim. They're later era muslim instruments and it sounds wrong as a result. The military system is removed and I've lost all interest as a result, I'll wait for fans to reverse engineer my original and get it functional instead.

And no, the military part wasn't the " Worst part about it bawww", but instead shows you couldn't manage your city well enough, gotta balance the logistics of building a fort and producing weapons, gotta get good son.

Likewise, I was disappointed. That said, I may have had too much hope for this remake.
