I cant run the game it runs in a weird stretched resolution and it doesnt even get to the main menu

My GameUserSettings.ini is blank


So what do I put here to change my resolution.

Mine has:

[/Script/Engine.GameUserSettings]
ResolutionSizeX=1920
ResolutionSizeY=1080
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeX=1920
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeY=1080

I assume you can figure out what to edit.
