I've just installed the game and when I run it in DOSBox, I get the audio but the video is only displaying a static block of green. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Sorry to resurrect an old post, but I get the same issue with Phantasmagoria 1 on a Windows 7 machine. I've tried messing with compatibility settings, switching between processors and the only thing that I find really works is bringing up the Task Manager (via ctrl+alt+del) which restores down the game, but it actually works perfectly from there. I can play the game from there, but the game is only available to me in a non-fullscreen mode.

I asked GOG support and they didn't really recommend anything that changed anything. Has anybody else found a fix on this?

***SOLUTION EDIT***
Hi, all. For anybody still looking for a fix for this, I figured it out. Open the Phantasmagoria folder in your C drive directory and click on the item labeled "Launch Graphic Mode Setup". In basic settings, under the graphic mode drop down menu, switch the option to DDraw. It will start and function normally from here out.
