Some players might experience issues with their preorder bonuses not appearing in their personal chest. Please note that it happens only with bonuses, which were activated with a key (like ones from Kickstarter).

This is a known issue which is, sadly, can only be fixed manually by GOG support. Please do not hesitate to contact them if you encounter it.
