After hours of play and looking for this item i literally give up.
I've scoured the internet and forums about ensuring i get this item this time round and it simply is not in any of the chests in the camp on the East side of the A Ford across skunk River map.
I have entered and saved the Gnomes first and gone to the camp - nothing in 3 chests
I have entered and looted the camp first - nothing in 3 chests.
My perception is 23+ using Heroism and Bardic abilities
Where has it gone or what am i doing wrong?
