This is a screenshot attached, sorry if it's too big, didn't think to scale it down till now.
Verify game just sits at 0.0% also.
Any help is much appreciated.

Verify/repair is the thing to do. Just let it run for a while. It's allocating disk space/memory and stuff when sitting at 0%. Might take a while depending on several factors(ssd/hdd, mostly)

ok thanks for the reply, i'll give it overnight if it needs it, its past midnight anyway... I was hoping that i could play anyway and it wouldnt cause issues past the main menu but CTD as soon as i try and start a game
