anyone know when and where you get the preorder bonus and the extra stuff from getting one of the higher editions of the game

I'm not sure either. I've redeemed the key for the base game and then the "Noble inheritance" DLC on GOG, but from what I can tell only the main game has downloaded (I've got both DLCs checked in Galaxy, too, but I don't see anything in !Downloads or main Galaxy folder. My guess is that these are just Day 1 rollout issues, but hopefully they'll get sorted out soon (whether by Owlcat or GOG), since I'd like to checkout the art book and the full soundtrack I pre-purchased.

according to the steam forums its supposed to be in a chest at the first outpost you stop at after resting, but the chest is empty. and i haven't gotten my noble order bonus either.

I've been playing the game a couple of hours today and I was wondering the same, but just realised now that the DLCs (red panda, portratis and pre-order bonus) were not installed by default. Just closed the game a few minutes ago and it started to update, so either there's a 1st day patch, or DLCs are being installed now.

I'm not a Galaxy-user, so I'm not sure that what I've got to say applies to you. But if you go to 'View Downloads', scroll to the bottom of the list, then I see:

"DLC installers:
Pre-order Bonus
Kickstarter Tier 1"

Do not know how Galaxy handles DLC exes. But in any case you could possibly download them directly and execute them yourself? If, for some reason, you are not getting them, that is.

Usually Galaxy would install DLCs automatically, but seems this is not the case. But yes, they can be installed individually, just checking the boxes shown on the pic I attached before.

Anyway~ I have the DLCs already installed, but the bonuses and pet aren't yet nowhere to be found :( chest at Oleg's is empty, who knows if maybe because I had already opened it before installing the DLCs... I have a quicksave just before entering the lodge, so might try again tomorrow.

I'm no help on the actual finding of the bonuses. I'm still downloading this monster.

yeah the dlc wasn't installed at all, had to do that manually, but its still not giving me the items, the chest at the outpost is empty, the other one i failed to unlock, and it hasn't let me try since

I haven't had a chance to check in-game yet for any bonus items, but I installed both of those DLC packs manually and also made sure they were "checked" inside of GOG Galaxy, but still no OST or art book anywhere in the install directory for me. I'll post again when/if that changes, though.

I can confirm that the preorder items are in the chest next to your bed at Olegs trading post.

I can't find them still, I have gone and left the area multiple times and they still haven't shown up

I can't tell if there are new portraits or not since I don't know how many are in the base game but the preorder things are not in the chest. I started a new character again to check and see but it looks like exactly the same portraits after making sure all dlc is installed correctly this time. I am not playing through to the trading post again only to find it still doesn't work. ugh

Hello everyone, the preorder Items are in the Olegs Trading outpost after freeing the Trading outpost and you can go to sleep inside the House in the restroom upstairs. There is a bed you can use, at this bed at westside of the room, right besides to this bed is a chest, inside this one is the DLC content.

I just wanted to make clear, what chest you need to look for.

I'm having some strangeness in my game. All the pre-order and Explorer's items are there except the belt of fatigue resisrtance.

Which is kind of strange considering the pet and the blessing signet was in that chest...

These are the contents of the chest. No preorder bonus :( I reloaded a quick save I had before opening it, and after installing the DLCs, but nothing changes.

PS: BTW, if you open the chest, don't take the contents, and sleep... the chest is empty the next day
