in the "new post" or "reply" windows is some option on the left bottom: "attach images".

You can upload your screencap to imgur.com/upload. You don't need an account, just click "Browse" and you can upload the screencap and post the link here. It is probably better this way, since GOG's forums only allow 500 kb.
