Unfortunately I think "soon" means "never" :(
All this time I hesitated to reopen my ticket in order not to be annoying and flood the support channel with unnecessary tickets, but i thought that from end of March till now end of September is long enough to warrant a heads-up.
So, i reopened my ticket and asked again if there are any news. I got the following response from the support specialist i talked to the other time.
"Sep 30, 2022, 15:59 GMT+2
Sadly, I am afraid that indeed this has not been resolved yet but what I have been told is that the developers are aware of this and working on resolving it.
I have just reminded that team that has been taking care of this.
