um...Do you have to return to all those places after you get the barony?

You can only claim resources that are within the borders of your realm, so if you want those boni you'll need to go back afterwards. You'll have plenty of time to do so, though.

Hickory: "boni"?
i guess, he means the additional things you can claim for your kingdom, like mines, etc. The blue-colored things on the map.

Hickory: But what does "boni" mean?
Oh. After you claimed this blue things, you get some bonus, like +2 military, or +3 economics (and so on).

"boni" is just an german shorting / belittlement for "bonus"

If he/she is going to write in English they should stick to English words. I'm a native English speaker and I had absolutely no idea what he/she was talking about.

Maybe. But its an international forum. And some english words are used different in an amount of countries outside England or the USA. In my opinion, its no harm for some Englishmen, to think a bit outside the box. ^^
It's the plural of the Latin word bonus (well, one of the plurals... having different plurals for different cases being a fun language feature and all), and one of the plurals of Bonus in German (same meaning as bonus in English).

Apparently in English the only commonly accepted plural is bonuses? Sorry, wasn't aware of that.

That's correct. But no sweat, I was just completely unaware of what you meant.
