Hello.

Been having some really serious problems with the installation of PG 3D assault. It always ends up with the following messages;

"We are sorry, installation failed.....

An errot occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory:
C:\Program Files\GOG.com\Panzer General 3D\pg3.icd

MoveFile failed; code 5.
Access is Denied.

Tried all the normal things listed in support. (Turned the UAC off, etc.). Didn't help. Any ideas about this?

- don't install old games into Program Files - use a folder such as games\Panzer General
- right click the setup file and select 'run as Administrator'

Same code 5 error here. I've read this thread, the support page and I thought I tried every suggestion in support file already, but I realized a bit later I made a stupid mistake: simply shutting down my security suite won't disable it.

Disabled it properly, tried again, everything worked just fine, installed the game without a fuss. It might also have been the case up here.

(Just a clarification, for the "turn off the antivirus" suggestion listed on the support page)
