Anyone know where I can get these, especially the seamless patches? The ostpak site doesn't seem to work.

You can find the seamless terrain mods included with the new Ostpak Redux 2.0 files. I can't post a link for it for some reason, so do a search for it.
So search for OstPak Redux 2.0

Old Post I know. But could anyone make it clear if the Ostpak Redux 2.0 mod makes the other mods the OP listed obsolete.
If not, which of the mods he listed would and could I use along with Ostpak Redux 2.0 ?
