Does that directory location exist on your computer? It should be creating the directory. You may need to run OW with Admin rights (Though it shouldn't be nessisary). Other than another application having the customsettings.ini file open (And thus blocking all writes to the file) you shouldn't be able to get that error.

Yes it does exist however I'm not using the default profile, I renamed it. But when starting the game, I'm always on the Default profile.

Odd. If you run the game with admin mode (Right click on OwarOGL_SGUI.exe and goto properties and then compatibility tab. Then check the checkbox for "Run this program as an administrator") does it load the last used profile (You may need to go into OW, select the profile, exit and then re-launch to check).

OW is still using the registry to set and get the last profile (Though it shouldn't require admin rights to access).
