I noticed the "Updated" tag in my library, and went to download the latest version / patch from Galaxy. The version number went down from 2.0.0.2 to 1.0_28474. What gives?

And I can't see my save as well.

They added cloud saves like 2 days ago. I don't know if that is the reason.

2.0.0.2 was the installer version. The current number contains the actual version of the game. The game was not downgraded, i.e. GOG changed their versioning scheme.

You don't do that. Or rather, if you change the scheme, don't drop the number. It makes it impossible to tell what's the current (e.g. going from say, 3.1 to 95 is fine going from 2.x to 1.a.b is not)
