Frame-rate does not go higher than 60 fps, which results in visible input lag. It's a platformer, the input should be as snappy as possible, this is fucking garbage in this state. Which is a damn shame, this game is great, very atmospheric.
I think this is related to the way in which they're using the Unity Engine. Fortunately I have a 240 Hz monitor.

Similar behavior can be observed in Rocksmith 2014 for example, with the Gamebryo Engine. Input lag is also important there too.

Huh, I thought it uses the Unreal engine, Unreal (the engine) has the tendency of garbage frame-pacing, thx for pointing it out.
Yeah, it's the dumbest thing when there is input lag in a game in which no input lag is literally the most important thing, like in a platformer (yes, Ori is a platformer, you can put fancy tags on it, but at the end of the day it's a platformer).
Btw your monitor's refresh rate does not matter, the input lag is an inherent problem of the game, it's not because performance problems. On Steam the game is patched, but the lazy fuckers did not patch it on GoG.
