The Order of Battle: World War II base game is free from Steam ( https://store.steampowered.com/app/312450/Order_of_Battle_World_War_II ) and from the Matrix/Slitherine Store ( https://www.matrixgames.com/game/order-of-battle-world-war-ii ). So why isn't it available from GOG.com for FREE, too?!?!

Because it comes packaged with the U.S. Pacific DLC included.
