How do I download the update? Help!

Since GOG Galaxy isn't live yet, you have to do it manually, the old-fashioned way. You need to download the updated installer (fully) and install the game again.

I recommend a full uninstall before installing the updated game.

Will this affect saved games?

When you uninstall a GOG game there's an option to keep save games, but I'm not sure whether old save game files are compatible with the new patch for Omerta.

When in doubt, keep the old saves.
