i have the "OMERTA: CITY OF GANGSTERS (4 DLCS INCLUDED)" and what if I buy the DLC "THE JAPANESE INCENTIVE" will i get the gold edition?

Yes, and no.
To explain a bit better.
The Gold Edition is the base game (which you already have) plus The Japanese Incentive DLC which you want to buy. Buying those will give you all of the Gold Edition content, but it won't mark the Gold Edition as owned. So while you'll have everything, you won't have the Gold Edition marked as owned.
