I've been having some ISP problems and my connection has been spotty. I've noticed that during outages, OTC just won't start.
I'm assuming it's trying to ping some server on startup. Am I missing an option somewhere to tell it to piss off, or am I just hoping for a patch to turn off the 'phone home' DRM component?
