Hello everyone,

I'm playing this game from a long time now and I really enjoy it. Each time I launch the game I discover new things and this is just fantastic, I'm glad to be a galactic traveller :-). I was told by one of my friends that another update may come this year. I thought support ended with Atlas Rises as a big "final" update last year but it seems I was wrong.

I'm really not a fan of ARG games as I don't understand much about that kind of things. So my question is basicly : is this update confirmed or is it just some kind of community 'rumor' ? I can't find any oficial statement about that from HG so I don't know what to expect.

Can another traveller post some answers here ?

As I understand it, there were some changes on the ARG site late last year which may indicate that the ARG is becoming active again. Enthusiastic video over here.

Also, the V4 Atlas passes have been received by some community members.

From what I've read, the consensus seems to be that these two together are hints of a forthcoming update. On the negative side, I don't think that there has been anything official from Hello Games about an update and we're now several months after the initial excitement. So ::shrug:: hard to say.

My feeling is that yes, there will be an update this year. Otherwise, why touch the quiescent ARG site at all? It *may* have been simply to announce that the V4 passes were shipping but that seems rather unnecessary.

Oh well, back to collecting Fungal Mold. Those fusion ignitors won't build themselves ...
