Do I have to uninstall and reinstall the game? I see no 1.5 update file in the list:
No Man's Sky (Part 1 of 4) 1.5 1 MB
No Man's Sky (Part 2 of 4) 1.5 4 GB
No Man's Sky (Part 3 of 4) 1.5 4 GB
No Man's Sky (Part 4 of 4) 1.5 1.7 GB
Patch 1.38 14918 -> 15370 49 MB

If I do reinstall, can I add my old save files after?

I think you just run the separate 1.5 parts? (1-4) Just launch part 1 and it should automatically do the rest.

The patch 1.38 thing is from the last update (atlas rises), so you won't need that.

If you don't want it to overwrite your previous NMS version (i keep all mine separate) make sure the install path is somewhere different.
