Experimental on Steam: BuildID: 1302131 - 30 minutes ago.

BTW - just tried opting in to Experimental on GOG with '3xperimental' code and it worked to download somethign of around 1.3 GB. Not sure what that build is though. Will report in a few minutes.

IT SAYS THE SAME BUILD! 1302131!!!

GoG can we get a response?

This is a stickied thread and it is still being ignored their have been 2 more updates within the past 24 hours and we have no word on if we will be receiving them as well!

The Beta Branch is an option to turn on again but we have no access to any beta channels I have tried the 3xperimental with no luck...

Support this game or refund.

Turn off beta. Restart Galaxy. Turn on Beta. use '3xperimental' without ' marks. select 'EXPERIMENTAL BETA' from the drop-down.

Looks like the ranting is getting somewhere! LOL
Thanks for that info.

At this point, I'm willing to try the experimental branch as it's not the gameplay that is aggravating me, but the constant bugs.

Just remember folks to backup your saves before running it, just in case.
Latest experimental adds a prompt telling you how long it has been since your last save when quitting.

So you'll know if you forget to save that 3 hours of creature hunting.
Scratch what I said apparently my game was just not working like others lol.

Yerterday, I actived the new Beta Channel and the game updates to build 1302131. But now the problem with the game crashing at Hello Games logo has returned (i have a Core 2 Duo E6600 without SSE4.1 extensions), so i have to back to the previous version of the game. :(
Looks like Steam just had their experimental patch updated around an hour ago, they are saying a 76mb update, no patch notes as yet. The GOG Galaxy experimental version has yet to update.

Yep, current Steam build: 1312111

Nothing new on GOG since 1302131 nearly a week ago and that was broken compared to the Steam counterpart.

So they're delivering half-arsed broken build here if they deliver them at all (both on official patches like Patch 1, and the currently available experimental).

Really garbage support. Total bull dung garbage support all around and the last time I buy a 'new' title that is not from CDPR on GOG till their support from the partners they do business with is significantly improved.
It would seem they don't like comments pointing out that we've been getting broken patches and less than equal support on their forums or steam as making such comments results in a lack of access, and/or deleted posts.

Apparently they don't mind taking our money, they are fine treating GOG users like poop, but don't point it out on their site or Steam.

This is going to to take some time...
Another small patch just now to the Steam experimental build & of course GOG's experimental build has yet to get yesterdays update.
A Steam user post this about the last experimental patch:

The day after the recent patch i started seeing what i suppose would be star cruiser type ships compared to the freighters, ~5x bigger. also started appearing in larger groupings like the screenshot on store page so yeah. New stuff, or adjustments to spawn algorithims, is coming through with each of those updates.

Interesting...
I hope NMS falling from GOG's number 1 most 'popular' game last week to number 1596th most 'popular' as of today is not an indication that GOG and Hello Games have had a falling out? Or that GOG updates are going to become rare?
