New 2.15, 53660 out. Notes copied from the NMS release log. Also see the discussion about weekend missions. https://www.nomanssky.com/2019/10/beyond-development-update-3/

2.15 Patch Notes
•Added Featured Bases to the teleporter on the Space Anomaly.
•The list of featured bases will change periodically to highlight the best the base building community has to offer.
•The Featured Bases lists allows anyone aboard the Space Anomaly to easily visit and be inspired by other base creators.
•Bases featured in the list are protected to keep them as their architect intended.

•Added a new series of story-based mission to the Nexus.
•These missions are available each weekend and will advance over the course of the coming months.
•These missions are highlighted when viewing the Nexus mission board and reward a large amount of Quicksilver.
•Missions will involve using a portal to travel to a unique destination. This destination is shared across the entire community.

•Fixed an issue that caused galactic generation on PS4 to be out of sync with other platforms. This caused some system to vanish with the arrival of Beyond. These systems have been fully restored. As a result, however, some of the new and erroneously-created systems have been hidden on the galaxy map. These systems can still be visited via teleporter if bases have been established there.
•Fixed a number of issues related to the display of base screenshots in the Space Anomaly Teleporter list.
•Fixed an issue that caused reported bases to linger in the save-game of those who reported them.
•Allowed bases to be reported via the Build Menu, for instances where the base computer is not locatable.
•Added an autosave when handing in a mission on the Nexus.
•Added a community goal progress tracker above the Quicksilver shop in the Space Anomaly.
•Added a notification to clarify that your position is not saved while undertaking a multiplayer mission from the Nexus.
•Added the name of the current galaxy to the Galactic Map.
•Increased the stack size of Living Pearls.
•Added an icon to Kelp Sacs that appears when scanned, similar to sodium and oxygen-rich plants.
•Fixed an issue that caused long load times and poor performance around bases with complex power and wiring setups.
•Fixed an issue that caused tagged markers not to clear when their object was used.
•Fixed an issue that caused glitches in water rendering when entering the atmosphere.
•Fixed an issue where players could get stuck when performing a gesture while seated.
•Fixed an issue where NPC ship pilots would get out of their ship and become stuck within its landing gear.
•Fixed a number of issues that prevented switches being used when visiting other bases.
•Fixed an issue where background missions can update and disrupt a Nexus mission.
•Fixed an issue where Ares had the wrong head.
•Fixed a crash in network replication.
•Fixed a number of rendering crashes.
•Fixed a crash that could occur when viewing discoveries.

EDIT: For the few that might care I found that the standing planter on the Freighter now works, it still has the no power available icon but carbon still grows and the timer shows the same frequency (10 minutes).

Changelog for Synthesis Update - 2.21 (added 28 November 2019):

Hello!

Today we are pleased to release our eighth free update to No Man's Sky.

The Synthesis Update introduces a number of frequently-requested features and improvements to No Man’s Sky Beyond. Alongside these new features are a large number of community-led quality of life improvements, as well as general polish.

Full Patch Notes can be found here, but here are some highlights:

Starship Upgrades
- Visit the Starship Outfitting Terminal at a Space Station to add inventory slots to your favourite starship, or spend nanites to upgrade its class.

Starship Salvaging
- The Starship Outfitting Terminal can also be used to salvage unwanted ships for scrap, granting valuable products and technologies.

New Terrain Editing System
- The Terrain Manipulator has been improved and optimised, with new visual effects and new Restore and Flatten Modes.

Protected Terrain Edits
- Terrain edits made within a base are now protected from regeneration. The protected edit system has been improved to allow more edits to be made before reaching the cap.

Save Custom Outfits
- Added the ability to save a range of custom outfits in the Customiser, allowing for quick changes between a range of appearances.

First Person Exocraft
- Players of all versions of the game now have access to First-Person Exocraft. Access camera settings in the Quick Menu.

New Features Enabled in VR
- Features have been unified across VR and non-VR. Photo Mode and Creature Riding are now available in all versions of the game.

Space Map
- The starship Space Map has been overhauled, improving the quality and clarity of the visuals.

Inventory Management
- Inventory management has been refined and a number of UI quality of life improvements have been added. Items can be dragged and dropped to swap positions, or directly dropped onto damaged technologies for automatic repair. Control over stack sizes has been improved in the shop, transfer and charging interfaces. Hazard protection upgrades that are not relevant to the current environment are now hidden from the Quick Menu.

Quality of Life Improvements
- Many frequently used interactions and interfaces have been sped up, and access to many features has been streamlined. Improvements include: instant access to the Galactic Trade Terminal; purchasing Planetary Charts from the shop interface rather than a dialog interaction; increasing the speed of the Pulse Drive; and the riding of creatures that have been fed only basic bait.

New Technologies
- Many new technology upgrades have been added, granting abilities such as: long distance inventory transfers to and from freighters; mid-air jetpack recharging; and instantaneous emergency warping.

New Base Parts
- A new range of triangular base building parts have been added, opening up a large range of new structures for builders.

Discovery Page Additions
- The Discovery Page has been polished and improved, addressing a number of key bugs and usability issues. These include bulk uploading of discoveries; faster access to planetary data; and a better sense of position both on a planet and within the system.

Bug Fixing and Polish
- A significant number of frequently reported issues have been addressed, as we continually monitor the community’s most requested fixes. The full patch notes for the Synthesis Update run to 297 items.

Base Building Improvements
- Base building benefits from a large number of improvements, including visual and functional improvements to the snapping system. Existing parts have been optimised and building costs have been reduced.

More Storage
- The capacity of the Storage Containers has been significantly increased. The containers can now be given custom names.

Personal Refiner
- Added a new technology, the Personal Refiner. This equipment allows users to refine elements directly within the Exosuit, without having to place a portable refiner on a planetary surface.

Own Multiple Multi-Tools
-Added the ability for players to own more than one Multi-Tool. Purchased Multi-Tools will be added to the Quick Menu for easy swapping. And there are literally hundreds (297 in all!) of other bug fixes / small features / bits of polish that lift and bind the game together.

Thank you so much for joining us on this voyage. It means a lot to the team.

The journey continues,
Sean

HypersomniacLive: Changelog for Synthesis Patch 2.23 (04 December 4 2019):

Hello everyone,
...

Thank you,
Hello Games

Standalone installer updated (2.22_Synthesis_54853 ⇒ 2.23_Synthesis_54988): 13 December 2019.
Since Hello Games does not participate in this forum (they do post information in the Steam forum for changes to both the official release and Experimental) I would submit that copying and pasting of the change log should not include the valediction (the closure and "signature" at the end of a letter) from Hello Games. This would be to ensure that no one misreads or misinterprets a post as having come from them.

I thought about making this just a separate post in this thread but decided to submit this as a response not because of the effort to search for and then copy and paste the information not provided GOG users but because I wanted to show what I was referring to.

EDIT: For full disclosure Hello Games did make a post or two shortly after initial release so obviously they have, or did have, an account.

2.24 Patch Notes
•Added a new base prop, the ByteBeat Device. ByteBeat allows players to generate and compose their own procedural music. Switches and cabling have been added to allow this music to control other base features.

•To prevent accidental selling, the Galactic Trade Terminal in the Space Station now defaults to buying, rather than selling.
•The ability to edit terrain in a multiplayer game is now its own permission setting, alongside the permission to edit a base.

•Fixed an issue where freighters bought before the Synthesis Update would be limited to 4 tech slots.
•Fixed a hang that could occur when comparing freighters.
•Fixed an issue where upgraded starships always rolled the worst possible stat ranges for their class. The chosen stat is now based on the unique seed for that ship.

•Fixed an issue that caused the displayed shield strength stat of a starship to be incorrect.

•Made a number of fixes to Nexus missions, including: reducing message spam during pirate-hunting missions; preventing missions from marking depots that have previously been destroyed; and preventing base-building missions from selecting planets with extreme Sentinels.
•Added a multiplayer message when collecting mission-critical objects.
•Vortex Cubes and Submerged Relics are no longer destroyed by the Terrain Manipulator.
•Fixed an issue with the Exocraft camera that made it difficult to aim weapons.
