I have a Gamesir T4 Pro that most games read as a Xbox One/Series/360 controller no problem. With this game all I can get to work is the up and down buttons on the main menu - it doesn't register any other buttons whatsoever.

Any idea how to fix this? Will only OFFICIAL One/Series/360 controllers work?

Nine Parchments has support for PS4, Xbox 360/Xbox One and other generic controllers. Technically all X-input controllers should work without needing any additional steps beyond plugging them in - if most games read yours as an Xbox controller, it most likely falls into this category.

We haven't tested the game with Gamesir controllers ourselves, but have heard from a couple of players that they've also had trouble getting the game to work with them. There's no workaround I know of that I can suggest, unfortunately, if the usual steps like disconnecting and reconnecting the controller and restarting the game haven't helped. You can still try updating the controller drivers if you'd like, but since the controller works with other games I doubt it's going to change anything.
