Hi there,
first sorry for my maybe bad english. :)

I bought NWN Yesterday on GOG.com and I looked forward to play it.
First it seemed all ok but then I got the message that some kind of ATI .dll file was missing. Searching the web got me the .dll and i put it into the NWN directory. Now comes the hardest path. Then I could see all the Intro Movies until the Main Screen should appeard. I didnt all i got was the Error that OpenGL32.dll crashed. I searched the web a second time and installed the missing part. Nothing. Updated my grafic driver. Nothing. I also installed the Direct X June 2010 fix. Even Nothing. Then I got the Idea to start a Virtual Machine via VMWare Player. I installed Win XP Service Pack 3 on it. Then I installed my NWN the easy way and now the best part! It worked.

Maybe thie can help others. If you want detailed infos on that I have done just ask. :)

Very, very bad idea (and 'advice'). Never, ever search the web for missing .dll files; never, ever download missing .dll files from so-called dll download sites. If you have a missing .dll files, re-install the software that installed it in the first place. There is never a reason to download from such sites, most of which are suspect anyway -- you may end up infecting your system with who knows what.
Like i said I reinstalled the latest grafic driver (should included the .dll file) but it didnt worked.
In the end I didnt need to used the downloaded .dll file cause I choose the way with the XP vm.
I'm sorry if it sounded like an advice. It was not. ;)

Edit: The only agreeable advice from me is to try the vm if nothing else works.
