My character took the Leadership feat, which said you could have up to six people in your party. When I arrived in Neverwinter, I had my character and three NPCs (the dwarf, the teifling, and the druid). I recruited the sorceress outside of Duncan's tavern, only to discover that I can only have three characters (in addition to my own) in the party at any one time -- if I wanna use the sorceress, I gotta bump somebody else. This makes the Leadership feat seem pretty worthless. Is it broken, or does the game mistate its purpose? Thanks...

If memory serves, this feat was added in the SoZ (second) expansion and does not work in the base game or MotB. It only works in SoZ (even though it shows up in the other games since you have SoZ installed).
Would have been nice if they'd allowed it to work in the earlier campaigns, but there are obvious business reasons they didn't (modifying the other campaigns, even slightly, would have mean't a vast increase on QA workload).

imho they should have done a better job of not allowing it into the original campaigns. Either not list it on campaigns that don't use it, or when you click it, have warning klaxons blare with a robot saying "Danger! Useless!"
If you read the description of the feat, it does say that it only works in SoZ...
No, I didn't see anywhere that the Leadership feat only applied to the expansion and not to the original game. Woulda been nice to know that, but at least I know what's going on now. Thank you to everyone who replied to this...
