I can not leave the sunken flagon. I have tried forming different parties to leave and talking to everyone in the flagon but nothing is working. Every time I go to leave I accept the party and I continue to stand at the exit to the flagon, nothing happens. Please help!!

Have you tried saving, (in a new slot, in case it doesn't work...) quiting to desktop, restarting the game and reloading? That got me past the same glitch when it happened to me.
