"Please use the Multiplayer Key Changer, found under the Start Menu."

I found a post that guided me to confirm my serial keys by running the SerialTool and I tried to copy and paste and manual type out my three serial keys but it gives me the same message and I can't proceed into multiplayer.

Any advice?
