I got the GOG edition some days ago, but realized that a couple of features are missing such as visible cloaks and the Purple Dragon Knight. Game is up to date (1.69.8109 English
) according to the updater. Also I checked the ini and everything looks fine there.

So anyone got an idea how to fix this?

Download and install the 1.69 Critical Rebuild patch : http://nwn.bioware.com/support/patch_english_hotu.html
Unfortunately, a few files is missing from the GOG installer, which is the cause for some bugs such as missing cloaks or skin textures. Applying the whole patch on the game fixes most of these issues.
