Maybe I'm the only one who has this, but if I want to sound Neverwinter Nights with this headset then the sound sounds good, only sometimes the sound seems to skipping, in other words: the sound sounds good but after a few minutes the sound changes momentarily like it's bouncing. It is especially when I turn on surround sound mode. Without surround mode, the sound sounds normal without skipping or stuttering. So what could this be?

Old game, not well optimized for modern setups. Do you have a dedicated sound card? Those are usually required for bug-free surround sound in older games, like this one.

The stuttering is gone. The sound provider that i now use is Dolby Surround. And this works perfectly.
Only the right EQ preset is something I can not really get out of. Which should I take to really enjoy everything?
These are the presets of the Corsair VOID 7.1 RGB USB Gaming Headset:
1. Pure Direct
2. Movie Theater
3. FPS Competition
4. Clear Chat
5. Bass Boost.
Which is best to use for Dolby Surround ??
