Will Neverwinter Nights 2 show up on GoG anytime soon?

Not likely. The digital version is still selling for quite a bit more than GOG's prices.
Considering ATARI still sells it for 50€ at it's own digital store it's extremely unlikely. Look back in five years (then again ATARI's Hasbro license has expired by then).

Well, they finally have the Platinum Edition of 2 over on Steam. $10 until Noon PST Tuesday (12-28-10) and $20 thereafter.

I'm debating as to whether I should grab it now, or wait and hope for a GOG edition.
I know. I'm so tempted to get it right now. I totally got caught off-guard on this one. the suspense is getting me.
Nearly bought the steam version despite having the original and both MotB + SoZ.
It's just... with NWN2 I've never gotten comfortable with the camera and interface, the whole control system, felt like those were the main opponents to overcome. And a stalemate was the best outcome I could reach.

Grabbed the original KotOR though,
2,25e is just too good to pass even if I have the DVD somewhere..
I couldn't pass it up at $10. The fact it's only just being released at US$20 on Steam I think it'll be a while before they allow it onto GoG with it's $10 price ceiling.
Aaargh. Caved in and bought it. It's just so bloody convenient,
and 10e more is next to nothing considering what I originally paid..
I strongly debating getting it myself. It's a steal of a price but I still have lots to play and 47 minutes left to decide :/
Buah, I've got 40 games at steam and 17 at GOG.
Haven't even touched half of them. Damn christmas sales. :D
It's nice to have it available on Steam, but I'll wait for a GOG release.

I honestly wish they would drop that limit.
Given a choice between 50$ on steam and 50$ on gog I would prefer to get it on gog. I use gog for the service (no DRM!) not because of the price... and people waiting for the price to drop can wait for it to drop even after it was put up on gog.

I will definitely buy it on GOG when it becomes available.

Well, with the prices for the new games added to gog, I guess you got your wish granted :). We may get it sooner than we think.

Yes, it is pretty awesome to see more newer games available on GOG totally DRM free.
I wish we could merge GoG and Steam, lol. Got NWN2 on there.
