For the life of me i can't find any fix to let you zoom out more in exploration mode. Its the best mode but it's zoom level is incredibly small compared to the other modes and it's the easiest to use except for the limited zoon. I can't believe after all this time there doesn't seem to be an easy fix, ini change, or mod that simply lets you zoom out more than the default amount.

Been searching mod forums, topic forums, and all I can find are fixes for mouse rotations and other such things. Is there NO way to easily increase the zoom level or disable it?

I'm pretty satisfied with the zoom levels in Exploration and Strategy cam modes. It's Character cam mode that can catch some ppl out.. if they forgot to uncheck Ceiling Always On.

well im fine with strategy mode zoom level but just its an annoying mode. Exploration mode i like more, except for some reason it zooms out less than strategy mode, i want a much wider view from above.

For me, it's Strategy cam all the way. This is with Can Be Moved Freely (Free Camera), Ceilings Always Off and Marquee Select On. There are still some workarounds needed in some awkward situations but I've gotten used to them and they don't make me mad because they take less than 1 sec to execute.

I share the preference for Exploration mode, but I thought it zoomed out far enough, the same as Strategy. Can you show what your zoom level looks like at its maximum?
