MotB has the fewest NPC followers, and they are the most fleshed out and interesting followers in the series because of it. Unfortunately there are 1 too many so that you cannot have everyone in your party at once.
Increasing the party limit by a mere 1 would solve this issue and allow for a superior gameplay experience.

Anyone knows of a mod that does that?

From the internets:

Console command.
First:

rs ga_party_limit(5)

then:

rs ga_party_add("name")

with "name" being one of these:

dove
safiya
okku
oneofmany
gann

Not sure if that's the superior experience though, what with the extra member throwing play balance straight to hellington.

If you're primary in the game for the RP and aren't too interested in challenging combat then it'd probably work well. In terms of difficulty the regular NPC loadout is pretty overkill to begin with. With a good-aligned character, Mask of the Betrayer can be easily solo'd with almost any competent character. With an evil-aligned character, surviving the hunger is going to be a bigger issue than the combat.
Thank you Jarmo.

As Darvin said, I don't care about balance I care about RP.

Also, I am not going to use the add script as that would mean skipping the RP of recruiting them.
Just "rs ga_party_limit(5)" will do.

Do keep in mind that Okku and One of Many cannot exist in the same party unless you cheat with scripts. They are mutually exclusive characters.

I am aware. But that at least is a sensible limitation.

Also it cuts down the playthroughs needed to see all NPCs from 4 to 2. One "evil" and one "good" rather then 2 of each.

Same here actually, I think I'll do the same if/when I try MotB again...

Just "rs ga_party_limit(5)" will do.
It might not work completely, as MotB adds checks in dialogues as well, that are covered by different script.
There is a rooster cheat mod that should do what you wanted.
