Yep, it's still there!
In fact, the EE has *less* DRM than the Diamond Edition and not more, because the DRM was stripped from all the premium modules (they're still encrypted, so can't be opened in the toolset, unfortunately, but they can be played on any copy of the EE, offline or online).
