I can't find a solution anywhere. I played Nwn 2 not long ago and I haven't encounter such a bug.

"If" you manage to find a solution to the bug. Then this would also assist you because there is a bug during the siege of the Crossroad Keep.

Quote from the description:

After the war council, we are sent to defend the walls of Crossroad Keep. Once there, we have to destroy all siege towers with their undead cargo as they try to dock with the walls. After a pitched battle, we defeat all of the undead and the towers, but then the army tries to break through the gate. We fall back to defend the inner perimeter, but Bishop has sabotaged the gate mechanism in his bid to be on the winning side. As the undead pour in through the gate, we use Qara's Sunburst spell to destroy pretty much everything, and use Captain Savajo and Khelgar to kill any that get through that. After a few waves of undead, Black Garius himself shows up and tries to summon a nightwalker, but then he is caught up fighting a Greycloak and that doesn't happen. If the nightwalker is not summoned, then there is no way to complete this part of the game - it is a game-breaking bug. In order to summon it ourselves to continue on with the game, you have to type the tilda "~" key in order to bring up the console screen. Then type: DebugMode 1 rs 3541_death_nwalker DebugMode 0 That turns on debug mode, summons the nightwalker, and turns the mode off, allowing for completion of the scene. After that, the undead leave and we can talk to Aldanon to open a portal to the Vale of Merdelain and take the fight to the King of Shadows himself.

nothing that touches the main campaign, kaedrins prc. charecter head replacer, tonyk ai thats it
Unless it's different after v1.42, Kaedrin changed hundreds of scripts that are used in the main campaign, and more that are specific to Storm of Zehir.

Ill try removing it but from what I remember its a bug with the campaign itself that sometimes occurs
I used Kpack in OC and it didn't break any cutscenes. Through it does make MoW unwinnable as far as I remember

As for bug itself - can you try and rollback to previous save? Maybe its one time bug?

Doesnt work, keeps happening
I think you'd need to find the name of the conversation that's supposed to be playing (the starting video you're talking about is in the form of a conversation file). Once you have that, you can trigger it to play by opening the console, enabling debug mode, and typing:

runscript ga_conversation_self("conversation_name_here")

Put the actual name of the conversation between the quotes. The quotes are necessary.
@gogwitcher300

DebugMode 1 rs 3541_death_nwalker DebugMode 0
That fixed my problem!
Thank you!

This is what worked for me when i got the bug.

I tried an earlier save, but i notiched my aoe attack, the warlock tentacel one was bugged, it didnt despawn.
So i thought maby the bug is presistend even if you use an earlier save.
I then shut down the game, an restarted it, and loaded my lates save game.

When i got on the wall where you have to destroy the siege towers, i didnt use any aoe attacks, and when i had to defend the gate i also didnt use any aoe attack.
And that worked for me, the nightwalker spawned this time.

Dont know if this helpful for any one, but its worth a try.
