Ok just downloaded NWN, and I CANT play online! it says each time that my cd keys are still in use! I understand why this is, but after restarting my computer it keeps not allowing me on.

Why?!
Someone please offer me some assistance, i heard something about a rein-staller? I'm not familiar. Assistance requested!!!!!

NWN installs using a generic key.

To play online you need to request a unique key from support
