Like I said, I went to the right place, tried to send my request on two consecutive days, without any confirmation. I've tried again today, and its loaded a new screen saying that the message has been sent. Perhaps I was having connection issues the past few days (either that or their support is inundated with angry NWN players).

sorry, half of my post was copy+paste, we get these kind of posts from new people 2-3 times a week(it has been less so lately though), so I just created a nice little often universal message to post. I hope you enjoy your game :)
Unfortunately we have gotten a lot of newbies whining about the CD key who didn't bother to read what's written on the game page. And that seems like it's all they ever post. We need more discussion on the game, 'cause NWN is a great one!
