Will this game work on win7?

The information on the store page is a bit contradictory. Minimum reqs say 10, "works on" says 7.

I don't think it will work on W7, because it requires DX12.
You could try Linux + WINE.

I could start it by adding the -dx11 start line argument in the settings of the Galaxy Client.
Had no time to actually play it yet.

could you please get back once you try it a little? Would be great if it worked under my CrossFire setup (it would be even nicer if people started implementing the DX12 multi-GPU features but hey...)

First mission completed successfully, so yes I can confirm it works on my win7.

Yes, on steam people says it works just fine on W7 with -dx11, actually, it works even better than on W10 with DX12. However, someone from developers mentioned that W7 not officially supported, so it might not work after all of patching.

Just for those, who will come here in 2022 - yes, it works under Win7 SP1 just fine. When you will start the game it will give you an error message about missing dll-file - just press OK and enjoy the game. Starting game with -dx11 parameter is no longer needed/
