Is there a way to access the books in the domes? Catherine says in her diary that they managed to find all the combinations, but I don't have a clue, and I think I've explored every place I can reach.
I really don't want to use a walkthrough, I'm just asking for a little push in the right direction.

I have left Ghen's lab and am going to the large dome on what is called Generator Island. There is a lever that is supposed to l ower the last part of the walking bridge...but it does not work. What have I misses?

Most likely you didn't activate one of the steam valves that powers the walkway.

I have entered the 233rd and am now in the cage. Info I have says to turn around and pusjh the button on one of the bars and Gehn will appear. I cannot trurn around. The only butteon I can reach sends me out of the age. No matter where I place it, the cursor points straight ahead.

Yeah, you have to turn around (twice i think) to get to the button that summons Ghen, moving the cursor to the left or right edge of the screen should give you a 'turn' cursor.

Maybe check the compatibility settings on the shortcut if you are on Vista or Win7.

I posted a question concerning the fact that I cannot turn around when I enter the 233rd age. It was suggested by Namur that I check the compatibility settings...as I am running Vista. The setting is for Windows XP (Service Pack 2)...there is no choice for Vista. Is this the correct setting? If all else fails, is there another way to link to the Jungle Island 2?
I think that I am close to freeing Catherine and ending the game....this is really frustrating!!

I have entered the five colored fire marble into the generator for the domes but it says the code is wrong I have tried about 6 times and even resorted to checking online and it still won't power up to get access to the linking book inside the fire marbles.

After you put in the marbles, you have to lower the top half, and than flip a white switch. Easy to miss because you don't even see the switch untill the very last moment, and at that point you;re just walking by it as you turn around.
