Bruh... What the hell is this? lol By the way, for those curious, it's around ~$32 to buy them all individually during the current Spring Sale.

The games and/or collections of games included in the sales on digital retail sites like GOG or Steam are set by those sites, not by the developers of the games.

If you have a question about an item not being included in a sale, please contact the game retailer (in this case, GOG Support).
