Didi1: Nothing works... but i did not try to run as admin ... don't know how to do this ... can you walk me throught it?

Find the .exe file in your installed location.
Right-click on it and click Properties.
Click on the Compatibility tab.
At the bottom is an option to run the program as an administrator, so tick this. Note that the other compatibility options are also located her in the upper half of the window. You can also turn off visual themes.
Click Apply and OK to close it.
Now just run the .exe by double-clicking it.

See the instructions by korell above. You can apply the compatibility settings directly to the .exe file in question or to its shortcut.

I don't have that option (photo attached). When I click right on the exe under open there's a run as (photo attached) but I can't change anything. Even did a compatibility wizard check and everything seems ok.
Any other suggestions?

Look, try this.
1.Find the game shortcut on your desktop.
2.Right click the shortcut and choose 'properties'.
3.On the properties window, there are a few tabs on top. Click on the compatibility tab.
4. If you're on Vista or Windows 7, at the bottom theres's a checkbox for 'Run this program as admnistrator'. That's the one you're looking for.

The 'Run as Admin' thing it's for Windows Vista and Windows 7 only.
You're on XP, so the 'Run as Admin' option doesn't exist.

No problem ;)
Yes, you should contact support with a description of the issue and your DxDiag.
Meanwhile, you can try a bit of fiddling with different combinations of the compatibility settings.
