I was excited to see that Myst 3 and 4 were finally released on GoG. I'm trying to play Myst III, but it seems I can't use any control-key shortcuts, like ctrl-s (save), ctrl-o (load), ctl-i (invert mouse) etc. Anyone else have this propblem or know how to fix it?

Maybe it's a problem with ResidualVM passing them throug to the game?

As the game runs through an emulator or sorts, the keyboard shortcuts haven't survived the portfor some reason.

You can still press F5 or ESC for the menu, but it's annoying I know!

The invert mouse shortcut´s the most sad loss, it was an addition in an official patch which does not have any mirror option into the options menu

Yes, I noticed the option isn't there :(
Maybe have a dig through the RisidualVM menu (CTRL+F5) and see if it can be overwritten?

An option under the widescreen mod would be a nice addition, for sure.

ResidualVM is not some kind of emulator so there is no "passing through", it is the (re-written) game engine. So if you have problems or even just ideas on how it could be improved, go file it over on their bugtracker: https://github.com/residualvm/residualvm/issues
