I bought Mount and blade warband and napoleonic wars and there was a serial key with it but it only works for warband and not napoleonic wars. Please help.

Same problem here. Warband is working, Napoleon DLC no.
I also got the same problem, only one serial key and that only works with the main game not the NW DLC :(
I'd like to see some answers from the blue brother's band on this, downloading as I post this! :)
Like you fellows, I only received one serial for Warband and Napoleon. Haven't tested it yet, but from the sound of it, that could be a problem. O_o
I sent a msg to support, they fixed it this morning (at least for me) so I would look for the 2nd key again.
Problem fixed, they have sent me another key for de dlc
I'm having a slightly different problem as I do have a NW serial key but after inputting it I got a message saying that it was incorrect.

I know the key works because I already used it on another machine so I probably just got part of it wrong but the problem is now I can't input it again. I'm running on a Mac so I can't change it in the registry as I believe one can in Windows.

So, my question to those of you on this thread [who are running the game on Mac] is; How did you go about changing the serial number in NW after having put in the wrong (MB) serial initially... assuming that's what you did.

thanks!

1. Click Start > Run
2. Enter regedit
3. A new window will open, browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > MountAndBladeWarbandKeys
4. Search the entry, serial_key (serial_key_nw for Napoleonic Wars), make sure that the value is the same as your CD key. Also make sure that the key is separated correctly. Double click the entry and modify it until it is correct. Watch out for invisible spaces in the CD key.
5. If you are done with that, close the Registry Window and start the game

Thanks Gogrewer but unfortunately I'm running the game on Mac - I should have been more clear in my original post which I'll edit. Instead of having a registry Mac OS uses property lists but the only one I can find within the Mount&Blade package is the info.plist file which does not contain a serial number I can change.

For me the issue was that on the GoG webpage the "S" looked like "5", I noticed when I pasted it in to notepad. Not sure if that's your issue, but worth a shot.

What you have to do is to to finder, then select "go to file", then type in
~/Library/Application Support
then find the folder somewhere at the bottom called MBWarband (not the steam folder). In there will be a text file called serial_key_nw. open it, put in the correct serial key, and save!
